Expanding to New York City was a natural progression for this growing international investment firm. Completed in December 2013, the project is located in Midtown Manhattan.

An open plan layout and transparent partitions provide views to the dense New York City urban setting as well as abundant natural light. Robust natural Canadian materials such as Eramosa Limestone and solid Douglas Fir are used to give a sense of strength and stability and to create a connection to the company’s Canadian roots.
