Sao Paulo Brazil is the first expansion into South America for this growing international investment firm. Completed in March 2014, the project is located in Faria Lima district in downtown Sao Paulo.

An open plan layout and transparent partitions are used to take advantage of existing double height spaces and dramatic Sao Paulo city views as well as abundant natural light. Robust natural Canadian materials such as Eramosa Limestone and solid Douglas Fir are used to give a sense of strength and stability and to create a connection to the company’s Canadian roots.
