This project consisted of two building additions with site development to accommodate provisions for two new kindergarten classrooms within the FDK3 program for the Toronto District School Board.

The design uses complementary materials and positioned each building addition to create a courtyard kindergarten playground area. Natural light, cross ventilation, collective seating areas adjacent to windows and playground shading were the primary design concepts for this project.
