The Department of Management Office serves approximately 1000 undergraduate students. The existing facility consisted of a maze of concrete block walls which organized the plan in to very small spaces with few collaborative opportunities.  This project aimed to redefine the group’s identity and create a transparent, innovative and collaborative open-office environment. A centrally located visual display-wall organizes the elements of the main office and connects to a sculptural, brightly-coloured bulkhead. This curvilinear feature unifies the common space and is enlivened by a large skylight.
