This project involved a complete building renovation and change of industrial use to office use. Extensive site development and reorganization was also included.

This site and building was transformed into the new head office for Vincent Associates, a complex data management and consulting firm. Principal design ambitions included the “greening” of the site with the addition of outdoor spaces and landscape features. The existing industrial character of the building was embraced and juxtaposed crafted details with a minimal aesthetic.
